in Japan. He served as Vice President Sales for Isadra, an Internet
e-commerce software company acquired by VerticalNet in 1999.
Ron Woodard, Chairman — Mr. Woodard co-founded
MagnaDrive Corporation after a distinguished 32-year career with
The Boeing Company. Mr. Woodard's Boeing career included assignments
as President, Boeing deHaviland, VP and General Manager of the
Renton Division and of the Materiel Division and culminated as
President of the Boeing Commercial Airplane Group. Mr. Woodard
is a Director of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad and was
a Director of Whittaker Corporation prior to its recent sale.
